Based in the heart of the Silicon Valley - Palo Alto, California - World's Law.Com is the operational unit of World's Law, LLP (World's Law), the world's first full service global virtual law firm. As part of the World's Law network, World's Law's web based approach to practicing law will change the way law is practiced by brining the law office to you.

Its unique approach will reform and define the way law firms conduct business by making legal solutions available to all segments of society, including a large portion of the worldwide population who historically have had limited or no access to legal services.

To bring about this change, two attorneys, World's Law co-founders Bret Bocook and Douglas Smurr have assembled a team of highly experienced lawyers, financiers, and Internet technology experts with proven track records. The team members are listed below and you may click on their names to learn about their background and experience that drives the progress and vision of World's Law.

Serving as World's Law’s Chief Fundraising Officer is Dr. Robert E. Larson who is also a personal investor in World's Law. Mr. Larson is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Woodside Fund, a venture capital firm based in the Silicon Valley that specializes in seed, early stage, and late stage investments in technology companies. Mr. Larson has enjoyed a challenging and fruitful career in the computer and electronics industry for the past 35 years and has an exceptionally broad exposure to the most recent developments in these technologies.

Other members of the World’s Law team include Mario Rosati, Esq., partner of the Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSG&R), law firm of Palo Alto, California, who serves as Secretary of the Board. Mr. Rosati brings his wealth of experience in corporate law, technology companies, and emerging corporations. Currently, Mr. Rosati serves as the managing partner of WS Investments (an investment arm of WSG&R), which has invested in a number of emerging corporations over the years including Google, and has also invested in World's Law.
